Equipment

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Depending on which adventure you chose, you’ll receive a detailed packing list in your confirmation email. Don’t worry if you see something on it that you don’t know how to use, your guide will teach you how to best use your equipment when you get to the site.

 

GETTING THERE

How do I get there?

This depends on which adventure you picked of course, and your guide will always be there to help you out if you need picking up from an airport or train station.

Sunnmøre
You can fly directly to Ørsta-Volda airport, and then rent a car in Volda. Your guide can also pick you up from the airport.

Kittelfjäll
The closest airport is Vilhelmina, but if you’re in Sweden you can travel by bus with Active Ski, or by train with Inlandsbanan.

Bohuslän
Located north of Gothenburg. Take a flight to Gothenburg then your guide will pick you up.

Romsdal
Take a flight to Oslo or Trondheim.

Jotunheimen
Take a flight to Oslo or Trondheim.

Hedmark
Take a flight to Oslo.

Kiruna
Take a flight to Stockholm then a flight or night train to Kiruna.

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How much does a trip cost?

As each itinerary will be tailored to suit the needs of the clients, the price will vary for each trip. For example, should one client prefer a luxury hotel and another prefer sleeping in a tent, these trips obviously won’t cost the same. Should you want to make changes after having received the estimate for your trip, please let us know.

When do I pay?

After having reserved your trip, you’ll receive the itinerary and a price in an email. Full payment must be received a month before departure, or the trip will be cancelled.

 

CHANGE OF PLANS

Can I make changes to my trip after having made a reservation?

Yes, should you want to change anything from dates to location, feel free to contact us. Changes can be made up to a month before departure, should you need to make changes later, you will need to reschedule or cancel the trip.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation with full refund can be made up to a month before the scheduled departure. Should you need to cancel later, you’ll have two more weeks cancel with a refund for accommodations only.

 

INSURANCE

Insurance

Our company is fully insured, although we do recommend you getting your own insurance to ensure maximum coverage in the case of injuries.

Rock Climbing insurance

If you’re planning on going on a rock climbing trip or a glacier walk, we recommend joining a climbing gym. You’ll automatically get an insurance that would provide the best coverage for any sort of climbing trips.
